    Another great Mountain Hardwear product!

This is a very worm and nice sleeping bag, but I was stuffed in it like a burrito. I'm an average woman, 5'4" and not very wide from the shoulders and this sleeping bag was really tight for me. I think they should say petite sleeping bag instead of women sleeping bag, because probably most average women would not fit in it.

The other con of this bag is that the zipper snags very easily, and I really can't see how you will be able to close it while you are inside without snagging it, because it needs 2 hands to manage to close it right.

Other that these 2 issues, the materials and colors are great, it packs very small and it's ultra light for the temperature rating. Of course I didn't try it in action because I had to send it back.

Got this back for backpacking after spending a chilly week in the Wind Rivers with a 15 degree heavier synthetic bag. This bag is very well made, cozy and comfortable! Love that it is berry colored! Haven't used it yet, but have set up my backpack sleeping arrangement and was so comfortable I almost fell asleep! Can't wait to see how the water resistant down feathers work, we use a Black diamond Megamid and sometimes the foot of my bag gets damp at night so we'll see. Hopefully it's all it's cracked up to be!

About Mountain Hardwear

Starting back in 1993, a small group of outdoor industry mavericks broke away from the pack to follow a less-traveled path. From the very beginning, the primary goal of Mountain Hardwear was to create an outdoor gear brand with a sharp focus on technology-driven design, superior performance and hardcore reliability. The result of this function-first mentality has been an array of incredible Mountain Hardwear jackets, clothing, tents, backpacks, sleeping bags and accessories. Today, after more than two decades of industry-leading innovation, Mountain Hardwear continues to set new benchmarks for dependability in the toughest conditions on the planet.
