I'm not a big guy but the bags seems a little tight around the shoulders. The zipper unfortunately seems to snag often.

I like to pack lite on my Horseback rides and this bag is wonderful. Its warm, so I dont need extra clothes and it packs small. The zippers do take some getting used to and a foot zipper would be nice, but it gets the job done! Overall very warm and well made.

I just got this sleeping bag today. I was going to get the womens version initially, but decided to go with this one instead, as it is lighter and cost a few bucks less for the pretty much the same specs and quaility I was looking for in a sleeping bag. It came in a large ventilated storage sack, which is great to air the sleeping bag and keep it from getting all bunched up in the compression sack. The provided compression sack at first glance seemed too small, but I had no issue getting the sleeping bag fully into the compression sack. It packs down nice and small which is great for backpacking. Overall the sleeping bag itself seems well constructed which is to be expected from Mountain Hardwear. I cannot wait to get out and use this on a backpacking trip. I have no doubt it will more than suit my needs for 3 season backpacking.

A key that I was looking for when I purchased this bag was weight and packability. I go on an annual weekend kayak trip where we try to pack lightly so that we can fit things into our boats for the entire trip. I am also planning on starting to do some multi-day hikes where saving size/weight is iportant. I used it on a night where the temperature was in the 40's - when I walked away from the fire to go to bed I was chilled to the bone, but after getting inside the bag, it didn't take long for my temperature to get to a comfortable point. The 15 degree rating may be pushing it, but for my purposes I don't expect to use it in conditions much below 30 degrees. It takes some effort to compact it down into the compression bag, but that's to be expected - and if you've got a friend to help, it's a little easier. I saw reviews that the zipper snags, but if you are careful to open and close it the proper way, you shouldn't have problems. I found the pack to meet my expectations based on the description and specs. It's nice that it includes the compression bag as well as a storage bag.
