    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    Unfortunately, had to return; luckily, Sierra makes it a straightforward process. Own a Marmot-brand jacket, size L; the equivalent w/ this brand appears to be XL. Oddball synthetic "fur"/fleece lining across shoulders and down back looks like it could hamper breathability from ventilation elsewhere on the jacket. This is the reason I chose a refund, rather than an exchange for a size up.

    A great jacket for spring skiing. Plenty of pockets (like every other MH jacket I own), light enough for sunny days and waterproof with a stowaway hood for sudden changes and stormy afternoons.

    Great jacket but MH ususally doesn't let me down. Jacket is well made, warm, light weight,and very good at being water proof. But jacket has one drawback. The insulated collar reminds me of "faux fur". I wish it was covered with existing outer jacket material. But that might not be a big deal for others.
