“This is an awesome jacket. After comparing with many other Gore Tex Pro shells, I went with this one due to the price and features. It also fits/looks great.
If you are on the fence about getting a waterproof/breathable non-goretex jacket or getting a goretex one- go for the goretex. I wasted a lot of money and hiking trips dealing with cheaper 'waterproof' jackets and probably spent more money anyways by having to replace them every two years.”
