No, I would not recommend this to a friend
“My husband doesn't mind the quality of the wool in this vest, so we are keeping it. If I were going to wear it I would find it entirely too scratchy, feels like a poor quality wool, most likely reprocessed, but there was no info on this in the description or on the hang tag. This is my first disappointment with Mountain Hardwear.”
