    This hat is extremely practical for shading your face, ears and neck from the hot sun. The crown of the hat is shallow, so order the hat larger than you think you need. There is an adjustment at the crown of the hat to tighten it so it stays on your head. The hat seems well made and the fabric looks extremely sturdy. Nice that there is a chinstrap so you don't lose the hat in case the wind takes it off!

    This is a perfect sun hat - well ventilated, good size brim, flattering design, adjustable. I search for sun hats that have a dark color on the underside of the brim to minimize glare. I generally wear a medium size hat and prefer a not so tight fit. I had to return the medium for a large in order to get a comfortable fit.
