Have a short mountain hard wear down mac i have taken on trips that are more rugged, but for a dressier trip into cold weather climes, this can be worn under a duffel coat or other loose woolen coat, packs up small, fits well. Have worn it on its own in blustery weather and seems ok as well. Only reason not a 5 star is i am not sure about the dip in the bottom back, it hangs out below most shorter coats and looks odd.

I saw this coat in a store and knew I had to have it, but wasn't paying full retail. Thank you STP! I love it, and often wear it around the house when I'm cold too. It's like wearing my favorite blanket - it's what the Snuggie should be. Warm AND stylish.

I needed a coat that would cover my bum for spending time inside the ice rink score keeping local hockey games. This coat fits the bill perfectly. Outside I feel warm except when the wind is blowing. If active this is not a problem.

I bought both the citilicious down coat and jacket in a size small and found the jacket was more flattering around my waist. I figured they were cut the same, but apparently not. I am between sizes in that I need a size small for my shoulders and bust (34B), but I need an XS for my narrow hips and waist. The jacket is still bigger than I prefer around my middle; however the quality and warmth are lovely so I will keep the jacket and return the coat.

Before purchasing the coat, read the reviews. I found them to be accurate about the quality and function of the Citilisious. It is quite thin. Hard to beleive that it is 650 fill. I fluffed the down in the dryer. I have been able to test it in quite cold and windy conditions, below zero. With a wool or fleece piece as a warmth layer the coat works best. I did wear it simply with a single layer shirt underneath and was okay in the extreme cold. Really like the cut and length. Keeps legs warm, esp. when wearing a dress. Color, light gray/dolomite is great. I was not sure if I would keep it giving the thinness but decided to do so after field testing it. Wear an 8. Ordered a medium which fits comfortably with or w/out another piece underneath. Compresses well for travel.

I was excited to get this coat, but it is a very unflattering fit, so I am sending it back.

I was looking for a longer length down coat and didn't want to spend a ton of money so I picked this up on sale despite the other reviews. The coat is lightweight and comfortable but not very warm. I really don't like how it is longer in back, it just looks odd. I am 5'0 and the coat is way to long for me. I'd send it back but I'm just too lazy.

I have a high-end down "sweater" (i.e. lightweight down jacket) that I used to wear religiously... until I discovered this coat! I'm a big fan of down for being incredibly lightweight and warm, but since I'm not very tall (5'4") and a little busty (130lb, 34D), I usually look like the Michelin Man in a long down coat. However, I do like a coat that covers my rear which the down sweater did not do, so I decided to try this one. This coat is thin (even after beating it up a little in the dryer with tennis balls on low heat), but I live in Virginia, so I don't need arctic-level warmth. Even so, it is surprisingly wind-proof and warm. The curved hem and the pattern of the seams are very flattering and are as slimming as you can get for a long down coat. I am also so please that it wasn't too tight in the chest. This coat seems to be designed for a curvy figure. I purchased a size Medium in black and it fit perfectly (except for some extra length in the sleeves which is not noticeable since they can be bunched up). I have finally found the coat I can wear all winter long. Yay!

I was a little worried that this coat would be too small, based on some other reviews. Actually it's a little roomier than I would like it to be! I'm 5'3" 140 lb and I got the M. It's very generously sized, but I don't plan to exchange for a S because I don't want it to be TOO tight. I've gotten a couple compliments on it so I think it will be fine. It's very lightweight and I find it's warm enough for temps in the 30's here in Alaska, but not warm enough for me in lower temps.
