Very practical shirt, except for the exceptionally long sleeves. However, they can be folded back, or unbuttoned and rolled up to elbow length. Love the raglan sleeve/shoulder design - great for those with broad shoulders. Also like the tapered waist. Not too tapered, just right. Very attractive. I bought the size 14, after trying the 12 (my usual size), and finding it a bit too tight across the chest. But this happens to me a lot, and I have noticed that tight is in style these days; I just happen to personally prefer a looser fit. I think the shirt is sized correctly. The only difference between this one and the Transit shirt is that this model adds a 3X dry finish, which makes the fabric slightly stiffer. Prefer the softer Transit shirt, but it didn't come in white, and who doesn't need a crisp white shirt? All in all, great for work, travel in all climes, and every day. I won't wear for backpacking, because it would get terribly dirty, and I want to save it for "good" use. However, I'm sure it would excel for that use as well, if you didn't care about keeping it clean. All in all, very pleased with the purchase.
