“Warm and comfortable as a layer beneath a windblocker. Fits well and construction is high quality. My only complaint is that the neck is very stiff and does not stayed folded down. When it is zipped all the way up the neck area feels scratchy and uncomfortable. Overall, I would recommend this and just wear a small scarf underneath.”
