“Great Features, Poor Fit”

“I really wanted to like this backpack--I did love the way the zippers came all the down for easy loading, and how the handle on the front would make it easy to grab (if you shove it in an overhead compartment on a plane), and it certainly seems well made--but the only problem was the stiff straps that dug into my neck. I tried adjusting it many different ways, but they're just so close together and shaped funny that they just rubbed and rubbed and I had to return it. Maybe a different size would have helped, [...]”
