Reviewed by Valerie56sewing from Home of the Seahawks on Tuesday, January 14, 2014Love this jacket. Make sure to order one size up, to allow for layering. Sleeves are extra long but the velcro adjust at cuffs makes them perfect.
Reviewed by Raghorn from Central Idaho on Thursday, December 26, 2013Know that the sleeve length is made for knuckle draggers. If your arms hang down past your knees, this will fit you well. I have no idea why they would make the arms so looooooong, but they are. Cut em off about 4 inches or so and it is great!
Reviewed by Adventure woman from Colorado on Wednesday, October 9, 2013I normally wear a women's small but sized up to a large for layering, since people suggested that these run small. Even though it was a tad large, I would have kept it except that the hand pockets are too low and I wear this with a pack, so would not be able to get stash mittens, maps, etc. out of the pockets. I loved the stretchy, breathable material under the armpits, thought it would be a great winter jacket for backcountry skiing and snowshoeing. They styling on this jacket is very flattering, looks much better on than in the picture.
Reviewed by Sunnysummit from Denver, CO on Tuesday, February 12, 2013I bought this jacket for skiing/tele/snowshoeing/winter camping. I loved the fit of this jacket - perfect shape and color. I was really excited to find a jscket that is long and trim and had long enough sleeves (this never happens for me - I hear that MH is the place to buy for long sleeves). I'm 5'11 and 160 and the fit of a large was perfect for a little layering. BUT - the Dry Q fabric is too breathable for me. I tend to get chilly and found that even with layering (down, fleece, wool underwear, you name it) I was still cold even in 20-30 degree weather. With a tear in my eye - ended up returning for a warmer jacket. (Definitely recommend for a warmer blooded person.)
