    I put this jacket to the test. I hiked in a downpour and biked up the nearby mountains. It met every test. The rain just beads up but never enters the inside. Total waterproof. The pit zips worked great, no moisture build up or any condensation. The Large size fit me just right (5'11;175). BUY IT!

    Good all around rain jacket, I don't see how it can be beaten within the price range. I did order up a size to XL to fit shoulders, but the sleeves adjust w/ velcro and an extra inch or two lenght in a rain jacket is a plus as far as I'm concerned. It performs really well in downpours; I'm pleased with it. Hopefully STP will have them when I need a new one.

    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    My only problem with the jacket (which is why I sent it back) is not a problem with STP, but with Mountain Hardwear's fit. It's like they have two general body forms, and you are guessing which they use for a particular item. I have tons of MH stuff, and the stuff I buy is built on a more muscular cut, which I am. The stuff that never fits is built on the other (and always the same, as they don't fit in the exact same ways) form, which is talll and lanky. Eh, it doesn't really matter to me, but it's a weird fit concept. Great product though!!
