Mountain Hardwear Epic Jacket - Waterproof (For Women)

This jacket is beautiful! It will be everything I want when I exchange for the XS. For reference, I am 5'3" and 118lbs and the small is too big. Also, the Margarita color is bright and beautiful. It is brighter than it appears on my computer.

The jacket is very nice, the only think is that it looks a bit large, not shaping the woman body as shown on the picture. I expected the light weight like a feather jacket you can put in a fist, but this is a light Goratex. Anyway I don't regret buying this, the color and versatility are a definite pros

I am planning to use this Jacket while travlleing and may be hiking. It is very light, not warm - no lining, . It seems a little big on me (I am 34C, wear sizes 4 - 8, depending on cut). When zippers under arms ar open, the jacket seems rather bulky. I did not wear it yet - not sure about its versatility.

I bought this for a biking jacket. I live in the rain forest of Alaska and needed something to stand up to the constant rain. I like this for a biking jacket, especially the pit zips. However, I wish it had some reflective strips, but because it wasn't necessarily designed as a biking jacket I understand why it doesn't have any. I got the color named "margarita" (because that was the only choice) which is a bright lime-yellow color and is pretty visible.

I did read the first review and saw that this jacket ran large and should have followed that advice and ordered a medium. Instead, I purchased a large and yes, the jacket does run big. I did not return it and will wear it anyway because it is a nice looking, well made jacket. I really like Mountain Hardware products.

Really liked this jacket. Great price. Good color. Works great in the rain.
