    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    Nice size brim, good for sunny days, but with only an elastic band in back, no way to keep this hat in place, or on your head in any kind of wind. They have the band sealed, so no way to adjust the fit...gonna lose it fast in a breeze, unless you have a good size noggin, or clip it down somehow.
