I love this pack. It is a great mid-range size, useful for just about anything including day hikes, minor shopping, and general errands when you want to carry a few extra layers, some books, etc. But the best feature for me is the xylophone shaped back panel. I am short waisted with a bit of a bubble butt, and other frame packs would rest right on top of my butt and be difficult to adjust so that the weight would be carried on my hips. This frame curves in to my lower back, to brace itself and obtain vertical stability, if that makes sense. For my build, this works exceptionally well -- and I have tried many other packs including Gregory, Deuter, Mountainsmith, Osprey, and Granite Gear. I'm thrilled my the search is finally over!
