great glove for temps around freezing

I've had a pair of these gloves for two years and use them for backcountry skiing on cold days. I have small hands and love the fit and dexterity I have with them. The wool lining is very warm and comfortable and dries quickly. The top of the glove does not cover my wrists very well, so on really cold days I fuss a bit to tug my sleeves over them. But only a small annoyance for an otherwise really great fitting and functional glove. I bought two pair at this great price.

The fingers are too short for me. The gloves felt good & are nice for cool weather, but not for cold outdoor wintery weather. They're nice for driving.

Mountain hardware makes some great gear. These gloves seem ordinary.

I bought these gloves after reading that they are contoured for a woman's hand. I was really surprised to find them restrictive for thumb movement. I can't move my thumb away from my fingers all the way when wearing them. I am sport oriented and having gloves that don't restrict my hand movement is vital for me. Otherwise they are made well, I like the material, and a good price. Had to return.

great gloves. not bulky and uber warm

Far more comfortable and warm than I expected. Great glove with a good grip. Not so bulky that it is hard to maneuver with buttoning a coat or driving. Hands stayed very dry and warm during a day of playing in the snow. The glove never became wet/saturated. No dry time was required.

Would be great gloves but they'll have to go by the wayside because they are too hard to get over your hands. The stretch doesn't stretch too much in these gloves. I hope they'll stretch out over time.

I plan to use these for cross country skiing. They are a little more bulky than I had hoped, but I think I am going to keep them and give them a try. We don't have enough snow yet to ski so I haven't used them yet. They have potential.
