“I purchased this product after searching a long time for a "windshirt". NOT waterproof, NOT windproof, it breaths, and this one is unique as it also stretches.
I use this as a outer layer in the SF Bay Area for mostly road cycling. The cut is not perfect for riding, but it gives me adequate lower back coverage and enough ventilation for most fall riding. Incorporated with a light wool under garmet it keeps the wind from slicing through in rainy conditions. Wool is warm when wet - particularly with a light shell over it.
Quality is very good as you'd expect with Mountain Hardware. The only thing it might be lacking is a proper shirt type collar.”
