Question “A couple of questions.....Does it have vents in Fly ? What type of Poles does it have....is it DAC Pressfit ? Dimensions read 90 x 42.....that doesn't add up to 36 sq. ft. ....is that a typo...I saw different dimensions elsewhere ?”

Answer The tent has two adjustable vents in fly to provide air circulation. The tent is a trapezoid shape and not a rectangle. The foot a end is 42 inches wide and the head end is 48 inches. It also is wider at the center. It why it is 36 cu. ft.

Question “Looks like a nice aerodynamic design how does it hold up in the wind. I had a nice fail this weekend at 9k' in about 45 mph wind with no trees for a wind break. previous tent also had poor quality stakes with a rain fly that acted as a parachute uprooting it.”

Answer You would still need to anchor it down well in the conditions you are describing. The fly has several guy out points which should help secure it in the wind.
