The only draw back is that the sleeves seem just a tiny bit short, but I have longish arms. The length in the torso is good and doesn't let air blow up your back.

The longer cut keeps my back warm and the flannel pockets are a nice feature. It was -7 degrees this week and the jacket worked well!!
