I purchased this tent to use when camping with my dog, a 70 lb English Setter. The tent is very solid in construction, much more so than my Marmot Titan 3, which I have also used this summer. Everything about this tent feels more durable: zippers, mesh, fly, vestibule, etc. I like the layout with the door on the front end of the tent for one person. The loft inside is really neat, and in a perfect location. This tent feels like I am in my own little "hut" away from home. The inside of the fly accumulates a small amount of dew during the night, but none of the water makes it into the tent itself, which is wonderful (unlike an older tent that I have). I had the "opportunity" recently to use the fly and footprint alone as my dog and I got caught in a deluge, which lasted nearly 2 hours and included three bouts of hefty hail. The dog and I sat it out just fine, and it was nice to be able to look out through the small window to see what was happening.
In addition to the great workmanship, I also think it is aesthetically pleasing and I love the color!
