This hoodie is pretty much the same design/material except in a hoodie; lightweight and warm. I was hoping for a slightly heavier jersey lining but overall, it still works for what I need it to. I ordered the medium and it runs long both in torso and arms which is what I expected.

It looks slightly dressy with the wool blend material. I like the zip-up pockets and and the quality is superb. I'm not sure how functional the hood is because it is HUGE, but I wouldn't use the hood anyways. Great as a casual out on the town piece that would be great with jeans or khakis.

I thought both looked good, but he liked the green better. The pockets have zippers and the jacketis compleatly lined with polyester giving it some extra warmth and also protecting your body from the itchy wool. I got the women's version of this jacket for myself which isn't compleatly lined-- it makes a huge difference- I returned it. He is 5 foot 9 inches and about 120 pounds, so a very skinny guy. The small fits him well, he doesn't look like he is drowning it in, like most other things, yet, he has pleanty of wiggle room. All in all, probably one of the better gifts I've bought him!

The sweater is warm but the material isn't thick at all, allowing me to grab a jacket to cover it with for outdoor use. The usual excellent product and high quality workmanship from Mountain Hardwear, and another great deal from Sierra Trading Post.
