    I have recently purchased the MTHR Micro chill Shirt.The sizing is Correct I wear Large and it fits Perfect.If you wish to wear more layers underneath I would say go to XLRG.With this Garment a Standard T would go OK.Itis really very comfortable and I am Pleased with the Quality.I bought 2 as a trial 1 In Black and 1 in Grill color Excellent.So far I have enjoyed these and I hope the same if you purchase one. If you are going to wash these items Put them in a Wash Bag and Launder in Warm or Cold Water.
