“I now know why this is considered a "second". The neckline doesn't lay right. The applique just under the bust puckered after the first washing. It seems a little bit too large at the bottom hem and seems a bit short. The design is cute and I like the colors but that's all I can say for it. I'm keeping it but will wear it only in the most casual of circumstances.”
