Mountain Hardwear Offwidth Jacket - Contrast Panels, Fleece Lining (For Women)

Fleece lining is thicker than most soft shell jackets, but works well for active sports like nordic skiing in cold weather. Very attractive color patterns. Form fitting.

This jacket is not true to size. It runs very small.

I use this for mountain biking...expect it to fit close to your body but it is comfortable and stylish.

This is my favorite fall/spring jacket. I live in Wisconsin so its not enough to keep me warm in the winter, but it works well as a layering piece with a waterproof shell over, as the jacket itself is only water resistant. It is very stylish and I have received so many complements! I use it hiking, climbing, ice climbing, mountaineering, and just taking the dog for a quick walk. Very versatile, excellent quality (as usual Mtn Hardwear is the best!) Love all the little extras- pocket on the arm, fleece lined warmth, etc. Only drawback is the toggle on the back of the neck gets stuck in my pony tail and snags occasionally.

Softshell jackets are usually cut close and fit on the snug side. I usually wear a 4-6 so I ordered the 6-8 Medium size. It was way too big in every way. If you order this jacket, go by the letter sizing rather than the number. It's a nice jacket otherwise.

I bought this jacket for my 14 year-old daughter, who didn't want a Mountain Hardwear mountaineering jacket. She fell in love with the color, feel and fit immediately, and it has now become a favorite. Good styling; nice fit; good value for the money.

This jacket is windproof and very warm. Perfect for fall and spring days on it's own or layer it under a shell for colder days. It is comfortable and the sleeves are nice and long. This jacket fits close to the body. It has a flattering cut and weighs next to nothing. It is good looking enough to wear to lunch with a friend.

I wear this in cold weather just like I could a fleece. Fits great and keeps me warm.
