5.0 out of 5 stars. Mountain Hardware for in townVerified Buyer Reviewed by Virtualvivi from East Bay, CA on Tuesday, February 9, 2016I purchased this jacket for my husband - he wanted something that didn't shout hiker-camper-sportsman to wear to a casual workplace. He walks about half a mile to work and reports the jacket breaths well, but has only tried it in a sprinkle so far. He is 6'2" 202 lbs and the large fits well, good length on torso and sleeves.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great shell for winterVerified Buyer Reviewed by Fish Dad. from Connecticut on Monday, October 19, 2015Was looking for a good windproof waterproof shell for cold weather fishing from my boat. This has worked fantastic. First time out
45 degrees and 20 mph wind. Felt comfortable all day. Like the part the hood is removable. The material is light but strong.
A great shell for New England weather. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Perfect for our day hikesVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from In the shadow of The Blue Ridge on Monday, September 28, 2015We waited all year for the annual event at the Brinegar Cabin on the Blue Ridge Parkway and wouldn't you know... as the day approached we were in the middle of a fall rain pattern. The wind blew and sent a constant steady rain down on the region and especially so - on the areas around the Crest of The Blue Ridge. The Mountain Hardwear PIsco Jacket performed beautifully. I stayed dry, warm, and comfortable during the entire time we spent at the cabin.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Nice Jacket, But.......Verified Buyer Reviewed by Axe Slinger from WV on Wednesday, September 16, 2015Overall I will say that this jacket is a nice jacket. It is well made and the material is very good. Having said that the only problem this jacket has is its sizing. The sizing is just plain strange. I wear a size XL and the XL in this jacket does not fit well - it's almost as if it shrunk just a little. Trying a size XXL was way too big. I often wonder who decides on the dimensions of a garment. If you are "almost an XL" then this may work for you.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Fantastic rain jacket!!Reviewed by Anonymous from Georgia on Tuesday, July 21, 2015Before a trip to Ireland, my girlfriend bought this jacket for me so I had something to keep dry. This jacket works great for me! The hood stows easily in the collar without any restriction. The neck is also lined with a soft fabric which keeps warm and comfortable. For once, a 'medium' fit just as it should. I chose this jacket for it's versatility as well, able to dress down for working in the rain as I occasionally do or dressing up some for a dinner out. Not a complaint, but the 'duffel' color is much more green than is depicted in the online imagery. Still, I love this jacket in it's simplicity, sleekness, and utility.
