I use these for running and cool-weather biking. I like more warm layers on my legs than upper body, where I want ventilation. These work great. I have had them a couple of months and they are starting to pill--no as badly as some, but worse than my ArcTeryx pants (but those were four times the price).

As a competitive race walker living in Wisconsin, I have searched high and low for WARM, lightweight tights for winter workouts. When I found these tights a couple of years ago I couldn't believe how warm they were. I wear them nearly every day--for working out, walking the dogs, hiking, snowshoeing, and just plain running errands. I now own three pair, the latest purchased at Sierra's best price. And, they wear like a workhorse.

Just were not a snug behind the knee and under the buns as would have been expected from "tights". Just the same they were a nice product and comfortable to wear. Nice length as well.

I bought two more of these..already had a pair...gave one to my daughter in law..These are better than sliced bread...conform without being tight..wear as base layer and as the day warms up wear alone...Perfect Montana gear..They say if you don't like the weather in Montana wait 10 minutes...These power tights comply with those rules!

I bought these for my mom who is always cold, but also bought a pair for myself. They are wonderful! I could live in them -- super-comfortable. The smooth texture of the outside keeps lint and dog hair from sticking like it does on fleece.

These are great tights for running in cold weather. They are also very soft and not shiny. I was hesitant to take the plunge into tights vs pants, but am really glad that I did.

These are the most comfortable base layer pants EVER! I would buy these again and again. The inside is lined with fleece, and the outside feels like neoprene. They are sleek, not too bulky, and are very warm under my ski pants. No cold bum this year! They would be great for winter running, too.

I was happy to finally find powerstretch tights in small size for my daughter. She has a 25-inch waist with narrow 34-inch hips. This fits perfectly and would definitely stretch to accommodate larger hip size. These tights also have an articulated knee to prevent bagginess. They work perfectly for winter running, as well as warm wear for our cold house. She would wear them constantly given the chance.
