“I use this product for my every day urban essentials: water, snack, cell phone, small first aid kit etc. It is very good for this purpose. It is compact and streamlined. The shoulder straps are very well padded. I dont use the laptop pouch for a laptop, but it is good for books and magazines. When opened it is slightly difficult to access the interior bottom. The eggshell color is more gray and looks great.”
