    A fantastic jacket - the weave is classy. It's a fairly dense jacket, but really warm and soft. Mountain Hardware make better quality jackets than any other brand I know. My favorite fleece yet.

    Good looking jacket that is very warm provided it isn't windy or raining. I'm looking forward to trying it out underneath a shell. It has plenty of pockets and I'm planning on using it on spring and early summer high altitude hikes (again, underneath a shell). If you're looking exclusively for functionality, you should know that most of the sticker price goes into its looks and MH name.

    I got the Peat Moss Green, and the color is true to the name. This is a technical fleece, with many surprise pockets which have endless uses. It's thick and warm, and the fabric looks & feels like a knitted wool sweater. Great jacket, great price! Mountain Hardwear makes jackets and other garments that are short (in the chest, not the sleeves). It comes down to my belt, and not much farther. But I have a lot of their stuff, and it all looks good, works, and is comfortable.
