The arm straps don't cinch down snug enough and the chest strap is way to low without the ability to move it up. I'm keeping it because I needed a gym bag, but for hiking or serious outdoor use, look else wear, unless you are a big and tall woman, it will not fit you. Designers please make things adjustable for smaller folks... and I"m not that small.

Answer Yes it has a handle. The waist belt is not removable, and shoulder straps are adjustable.
