Many good features, but the shoulder straps let it down

This is a nice spacious daypack for trail use. Water bottle pockets and various attachments make it quite versatile. Compression straps work well to cinch it down to fit the load. I haven't yet used it on the trail, but carrying a load around the house, the shoulder straps seem thin with hard edges which dig in. I may have to wrap some foam around them to make it more comfortable.
