Excellent light weight tent - not DP

I'm very pleased with this tent. As described, it is designed for backpacking, so the tent and rain fly are thin light weight material. The obvious compromise here is that you can't achieve burliness and light weight at the same time. Ask yourself what your primary intention will be for this tent. If it is backpacking, then this is an excellent choice. If it is car or boat-based camping, then you might want to consider a heavier but tougher tent.

This tent is very easy to set up; the rain fly is designed to fit nearly all the way to the ground, the tent seams are fully taped, there are adequate pockets in the interior, and the 2 side doors are large and easy to use.

Another note about this tent: this is an earlier model of the Skyledge, and it does not have the Dry Pitch (DP) features, and it does not come with a tent footprint (ground cloth). The current Skyledge sold through MH does have dry pitch and does come with a footprint.
