Worn it for a couple runs in sub 30 degree weather with just a long sleeve shirt underneath, little on the cool side but worked well. Hood fits great - wear it as you start then put it down as you warm up. Reflective pieces are nice, but piece is versatile enough you could still wear around town in a pinch.

Don't get me wrong I love this Item and have put it to use as a baselayer when I ice climb. Great fit and a great buy.
