A bit tight for my 7/3/8" head. Wouldn't recommend for aerobic or high-exertion activities. First use on a brisk 1-hour walk with the dog had me doffing the beanie after fifteen minutes and going with a non windproof fleece beanie. If I was going to be sitting still for a while, or looking for something to wear to keep warm when stopped, this would be great.

Maybe it was my fault for not knowing the fleece is undesireable. I'm not sure what the perfect use for this cap is.

The dome perignon is a better design in that it stays on my head better and feels better (softer) but is also more bulky. This beanie tends to ride up a lot: constantly pulling it back down.
