Most Helpful 5-Star Review
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Rebecca, the hiker from Colorado on Sunday, January 3, 2016I like the shirt, but the arms are tight in the biceps. Be forewarned, they do not stretch.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Karen from White Mountains on Friday, November 20, 2015The fabric is soft to the touch and the neckline design is perfect--not too high and not too low. Unfortunately I sent this back because it runs small. I am 5'2" and 120lbs and typically wear a size small. I would wear a size medium in this style.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Footpath woman from Michigan on Saturday, May 9, 2015Love, love, love this shirt. It is not warm. It is a lightweight layer that dries quickly. Exactly what I need for long distance hiking. It adds warmth but you wouldn't choose it for a deep winter layer. It's great for hiking though as it weighs nearly nothing!
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Gail from MN on Monday, March 9, 2015Loved the style and color, but the sleeves fit too tightly for my taste
Verified Buyer Reviewed by jenilou511 from California on Thursday, January 29, 2015Nice cut for a petite person. I read the reviews. True to size. Thin material...not really a "thermal." I am 5'0" and this shirt fits great on me. Sleeves a little long, but not too bad. I bought 3! Can't wait to wear.
Answer Yes, this can be worn as a single layer shirt. Sorry there is not a temperature rating. Most manufacturers do not have temperature ratings for their garments or footwear due to the number of factors that affect how warm a garment may keep you.
