“I bought this coat because it was mid-weight and wind/water resistant and had a hood. Mountain Hardware gear is always good, so that was also a plus.
However, when it arrived I really didn't like the fabric at all. It had a rough feel that I can only describe as retro 1970's. I got a black jacket and it has this odd asymmetric white stitching scrolled across the chest. At first I thought it was a defect, but I think it's intentional. I returned the jacket because I really didn't like the look. Definitely not what I had expected.”
