Durable pants that fit a peson with "durable" legs. Most pants are too tight in the thighs. These fit well, not tight and not baggy. Overall a nice shape and fit.

These pants need to be "broken in" like Carhartt's, but are much, much softer to the touch. Very sturdy material and construction. I'm 5"7 w/o shoes on and the length is perfect w/ hiking shoes/boots on. These are like a slightly more feminine version of the Carhartt's men's dungarees, but are a better fit than the Carhartt's women's version. They are warm and block wind very well. Like other reviewers have said, it's a little odd to fasten the zip and button the opposite way, but not detrimental to the pants. Can't wait to wear them on my next winter trip to the southwest - they'll be just perfect!

These pants a extremely sturdy. I agree with other reviewers who say that the fabric is very stiff at first. It's stiffer than heavy jeans. I expect the same progression through wrinkles and relaxation others have reported. My only concern is that during this initial period I'll break the buttons trying to push them through the buttonholes! Both pairs I ordered were a little long. My true size fit rather snug in the body and a touch loose in the waist. The larger size fits well over my extra layers, but the waist is big. I am a professional gardener. I ordered a size up and wear them over heavy fleece pants for the winter. They are doing the trick so far. I agree that the pockets are a bit shallow, but so far it's okay. The tabs for keeping the waist tight are great--one more button would be good on each side, but maybe I can add those. Great work pants--not high on fashion, the color's kind of orangy, but rugged and great for the serious outdoorswoman.

I'm high waisted and these fit me great. I like that they have some stretch to them too. They were purchased for my new hobby, hiking, and i think they'll work out just fine. I'm on the taller side, and the only drawback (for some people) would be that the regulars are a tad long. I'd rather they were too long than too short tho!

These were purchased mainly for outdoor yard work. They are more comfortable and protective than jeans and fit well & are of good quality. Slightly longer than I need at 5'7", but rather that than too short.

I was surprised by how well made these pants are. I think they'd be good for wearing around town instead of jeans, but I'm going to wear them primarily for yard work. These pants feel really durable. I think that they would be fine for short hikes but too heavy for longer ones and would definitely not dry out quickly since they are very thick, rugged cotton.

Oh how I love thee?! Really, the most durable, comfortable pants I wear (I have 4 pairs). I am in the field all day long and these pants go the distance. The only downfall is that I am 5'3 and these pants are clearly made for someone taller. I have to hem them and that is a pain because of the reinforced hem. No big deal!

Love the unique golden tan color... quality is superb, heavyweights... Have not worn & washed yet, hopefully will soften up a bit & wear into shape... Brand new they are like an old fashioned pair of Levi's 100% cotton jeans, so I'm thinking they'll get better with age :)

these are very sturdy and probably need a few washings before they are comfy, great for a hike on cold days or in rough conditions...really nice to have a pair that fit in length as i am 5'11"

the product is very well made - the only drawback is that the pants button and zip on the left side (like old fashioned women's pants)... this takes some getting used to.
