“From reading other reviews I expected a much heavier construction. These are probably equivalent to Carhartt double fronts. They are no where close to Filson double tin pants (but nothing is). My usual size is 38x32 and I bought the 40x32. They fit me pretty well. Not too loose in the waist and perfect length for me. These are VERY comfortable. I can move easily in them. However, my wife thought that the gusseted crotch caused the front of the pants to bunch up and look as if I was concealing a medium sized cantalope in the pants. Fruit smuggling or not, I like the fit of these pants and am not concerned about the finer details of their appearance. I wish they had a few more pockets but all in all I like them.”
