No, I would not recommend this to a friend
“I can't imagine a child this garment would fit. The 18-24mo size was about the right total length for my thin five-year-old, though the arm openings were absurdly large, but it was a little snug around the hips. It was a total joke on the toddler I actually purchased it for, of course. Returned.”
