This bag is mostly what I have been looking for for years. A little small for my Nikon SLR, but plenty adaquate for day trips when extra lenses are not anticipated. Fits easily into a medium dry bag for water trips.

Well, I really want to love the bag. It has great lumbar padding and a super adjustable belt. However, the weight of a full body SLR causes the bag to sag heavily from the waist making it a bit uncomfortable for real hiking. I will use it primarily for travel with the included shoulder strap. Space is another issue ...an SLR body + a 35-75mm lense is about all you'll fit in the bag. The bag itself is well made and well padded. Get outside! Dave

I have a Canon Rebel XSI with a 15-55 mm and 55-250 mm lens in the pack. It doesn't have room for much more then that, but very well built and works great.

For the price this waist pack is okay. It works well if all you want to carry is your camera with one lens attached. I have a Cannon EOS t1i, which has a fairly small body and with a 55-250mm lens attached the camera will fit sideways.

As others point out, this is not a large bag. It will barely hold a digital SLR camera. The latched cover is cumbersome to open/close.

Carried DSLR and two midsized lens half around the globe and back in this bag. This bag easily packed into my luggage while en route and was very versatile and comfortable whether in urban area or Australian wilds once I arrived. The one issue being I could not leave a lens on the camera body and get all into the bag simultaneously. I was able to carry memory chips, batteries, plus a point and shoot backup camera all together with great results.

I bought this to use as a purse/waist pack. Main drawback for me is the belt fastener at the center;the waistpacks I've had all fastened at one side, which is easier to adjust and more convenient to fasten. I like the many zippered compartments and the removable padding in the main compartment.I find the zippers on the main compartment hard to close; the padding has to be worked out of the way, inch by inch.

can only hold small DCs, not for DSLR camera. It can only hold one DSLR, no space for extra lens or accessories.
