    Pros:

    Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
If you are looking for a protective camera case for hiking, etc., and if you do not have extra lenses etc, like in a full bodied camera, this case is perfect. It is perfect for the all in one style digital camera like the Nikon CoolPix P90 with the built in zoom lens. Just the right amount of space, the right amount of padding, etc, for protection and portability. I'm sure I would have found it too small for a full bodied SLR because there is no room for an extra lens for a camera of that size.

Works fine for my long lens (Canon SX10) point and shoot. Too small for SLR and lenses.

My Nikon P90 fits perfectly in this case. Love that it can be secured around your waist or you can carry over your shoulder too. I will be using this when I go hiking. It will allow me to be hands-free for the hike and have my camera by my side.

Just about perfect for fanny packing todays smaller DSLRs, especially the micro 4/3 group. If it were only an inch or more wider I could hold my Panasonic G1 body with lens, my 45mm Leica macro lens and a telephoto zoom. As it is, the tele has to travel in a separate pouch which nestles neatly beside this case inside the tension straps. I put a water bottle with a foam sleeve on the other side. It is really handy to be able to carry lens coverage from 28MM to 400MM plus a macro and a water bottle hands free hiking and biking. On my folding mountain bike the case fits neatly on the folding release on the handle bar mount with a carabiner. Rating would be 5 stars if it was just a bit wider.

Contains lots of pockets to put in small items. In fact, I wish they got rid of some. The extra pockets adds nothing. The top flap is zippered and strapped, but the connector for the strap is close to the bottom of the bag. You can't see the bottom connector while wearing the bag so it becomes difficult to click in the connector. Using a large velcro patch would have better unless you were doing animal photography where the noise from the velcro would be bad. Bag feels comfortable with lots of padding. Bag may not be deep enough for longer lens. Bag is designed for one body attached to a single lens. No room for spare lens. Lots of space for spare batteries, memory cards, lens cleaner, etc.
