“Nice pack but watch for defective buckle”

“Overall the pack seems well made except for the buckles. I have returned two packs with defective buckles that won't stay buckled and the third replacement has the same problem. Customer service has been very helpful about trying to find one that works right but this time I'm just going to replace the buckle myself. My dog is 60 pounds but has a narrow chest and a 27" girth. The girth straps cinch most of the way up (could go a couple of inches smaller.) It would be nice if the pockets were slightly longer front to back and slightly shorter up and down.”
