No, I would not recommend this to a friend
“This could be a great pack.....if it were about 1/3 smaller. Its too big and though other reviewers had said so, I figured I had to see it for myself. Unfortunately, this will have to go back. I cannot see myself toting this thing on a regular basis. Particularly when it is nearly double the size of my travel pack in which I can place enough clothing and personal items for a two week trip.”
