“OK but needs design changes”

“The design of this pack could be imroved. You have to completely open the pack to access camera equipment and it seems they constructed the clam shell opening backwards so that you have to unfold the whole thing to get at your stuff. Also the two outside pockets are huge. It would be better to have some smaller outside pockets and more of them so I could store more film, filters, light meter, flash, etc. As it is I have to open the entire pack to access these things. Also comfort is OK but I think the camera pack makers need to look at how backpacking packs are made - they are much more comfortable and better fitting. What good is the pack if it's too uncomfortable to carry my gear?”
