Mountainsmith Zip-Top Tote Bag - Extra Small

i got a few of these, has helped me find stuff when camping

Bought this as a purse for everyday use. Size was great. Can fit what I need, but keeps me to just the things I need and maybe a few extras (that's good, for me). The heavy-duty rubberized bottom is good for winter use (wipes clean). Enough pockets for keeping the little things in place, plus a nice outside pocket for easy access to the phone.

Coupled with my Mountainsmith Ramble or Journey pack, I'm ready to hit the road. Gate checking the travel pack if necessary, this bag is perfect for my netbook, a couple of books, magazines and my bible with room for a small toiletry bag. On a rainy trip last week, the rubber bottom was perfect while setting the bag on the tarmac while gathering my travel bag. The zip pocket on the lid keeps boarding passes handy. My glasses go in one of the outside mesh pocket and my mp3player in the other. I thought about attaching a shoulder strap, but decided that was unnecessary. This is a great everyday bag and will get a lot of use.

Great bag, seems like it will hold up forever. Stylish and rugged. My only complaint is the round zipper at top to close the bag. Wish it was just straight, it would make getting into the bag easier. I usually just leave it unzipped for easy, quick access but probably not so safe in crowds.

It's just the right size to carry my extra stuff, like a book to read, bills to pay, etc. I like keeping it all together so I can work on it when I have free time and it doesn't get lost in tranist.

I use the zip top tote as my everyday handbag.Love the zip top and zip pocket on top,side pockets are great too. I own two of these totes because there wonderful and very useful.

I love this bag. The rubber bottom is unique and completely waterproof (although coming from China I do wonder if it's toxic). I no longer have to worry about setting my bag down in snow or rain. It seems very sturdy like it will last forever.
