These were a great price and they quite comfortable. On first use I thought they my hurt my hands where they were rubbing on the hand grips but they were fine and worked really well. The sock suspension worked well on the downhills. Easy to adjust but a little tricky to be sure they are locked out completely before putting lots of pressure on them. Though I think as you use them you'll figure out how to twist them fully closed.

Got 2, trying to get more upper body exercise on my walks. Adjustable!, has a bit of give at the tip that moderates impact, handle is a soft foam type material.

This is just what I was looking for. I usually use a lumbar pack, but didn't have enough room for extra clothing, rain gear, etc. But now I do! Well designed and constructed for many years of use.
