    The fit is similar to the Fiona, but these velcro closures are in the back of the bra. It also comes up a bit higher in the front than the Fiona. The band under the bust is nice and wide--gives firm, comfortable support. I am a 32D, most of my workouts are elliptical & running. There is still some bounce but it is minimal and it is contained. My only complaint is that the exterior fabric is cotton which, although very soft, doesn't have the same wicking properties that some of the other bras do.

    It is difficult to find a sports bra that fits now that I'm nursing and have gone up 2 sizes in my cup size but not band size. I also am short from my breasts to my shoulders so bra straps are always too long. This bra is fabulous! The adjustable straps are wonderful and provide great support. It's a compression bra so in my husbands opinion, it's not too flattering but if you're like me and value support over the look then you'll love it like I do.. It's very comfortable, with no chafing, and I can run in it with confidence that I'm not bouncing or causing clogged ducts. There are no underwires to dig into you. It's a great bra and the price is very good too. The adjustable band fits well on the tightest hooks and I'm a 33dd but I ordered a 34dd. The only drawback is that the velcro-like straps adjust towards the back. It might be easier to nurse on the run if they adjusted in the front.

    The only thing that could improve is an inner lining separating breasts so they don't get the sweaty, stick-together phenomenon, but this is bra is so soft, comfortable, supportive, and super-adjustable, that this is an insignificant "con".

    Moving Comfort recommends measuring UNDER the bust and adding 5 inches. Noway! I normally wear a 34 DD but ordered a 38 DD. So sad, too bad! It is simply not the right sizing recommendation!

    This is a great high impact support bra for the sports oriented C to DD gal. Material is soft and comfortable against your skin. The wide and adjustable straps do not dig into your shoulders. Comfortable for regular wear also. I have not found any other bra I like better.
