“Safe enough bounce”

“I needed to find a bra that I could comfortably run in to trim down from my 20 extra lbs. I am nearly 50 but enjoyed jogging in my 20's. I worried about painful bouncing/tearing breast tissue even though I only have an A cup. (Being overweight I thought I was a size B or C!) The Moving Comfort brand was highly recommended from my runner friends though they are larger-breasted than I. This bra allows just a little bounce which nevertheless feels alright and I have now used it for three weeks while I walk and gently jog on my treadmill. I've had none of the discomfort in my breasts that I experienced in my early 40's that, then, discouraged me from ever running again. (I'd been using an athletic bra with underwire which wasn't adequately compressing my breasts against my torso). I am presently satisfied with this design which comfortably "contains" each breast and am confident that this bra will allow me to really run without pain later, once the rest of my body can tolerate a real, exhiliarating run!”
