“I wore this shirt walking on the beach on a cold and really windy day. It kept me warm but not sweaty. I used it as my base layer but it would probably do well as a middle layer. I have yet to wear it on a run. The arms were a little long but I liked that because they weren't tight when I put my thumbs in the thumbholes. It's an attractive shirt.”
