    This bra is great. I bought it so that I can run in it. I am a 5ft 7in tall, 34 C cup and it fits perfectly. The bra has enough support for running, but does not cut into your rib cage. Perfect.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    This is a good bra for high-impact exercise. Otherwise, don't bother - it's very hard to get on, because it's so tight, but that's why it has good support. I also wish more athletic-wear designers would include Lululemon-type padding to provide a little privacy for womens sport tops. Busy prints help, but I bought this in a solid, so have to supplement with a pair of covers, so I don't get to enjoy moisture-wicking fabric as much.
