“Nice Bag with fragile wheels”

“Really waited a while to work up the "courage" to invest in this bag. Chose this to differentiate myself from all the Tumi handlers out there. Boy was it a mistake. Returning from my first week away with the bag, the front support that holds the bag upright broke off. Shipping back was a painful prospect and besides I had a business trip less than 2 weeks away so I took it to my luggage repairman who admired the leather and the zippers but pointed out the fragility of some of the other parts and then fixed it in such a way that it is functional, but looks a bit funky. Next time I go with a product developed by a team who knows what they are doing!”
